Shipping Policies
We use USPS Priority Mail.
Missouri resident's must pay sales tax, rate is 7.7%

Return Policies
All regular priced merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
An RA (return authorization) number must be requested via email or phone.
Merchandise must be returned to the store within 7 days of RA issuance.

Sale merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit. Use the same procedures to return merchandise.

All tags must be attached to merchandise and it must be returned in the same, clean, unworn condition in which it was shipped. Merchandise returned without tags will be reshipped at the buyers expense and no credit will be issued.

Personalized items, furniture accessories, hair bows and special order items are final sale unless item is defective.

Shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstance nor will return shipping fees. All returns should be sent with some sort of tracking as we can not be responsible for the safe return of the product.
